Inside the closet of every room, the guest will find a laundry bag with a format inside where they can select the number of clothes together with the prices and the type of laundry service they want to request.
The format has to be filled in with the guest’s name, room number, agreement signature and they should call any of these extension numbers8000 / 8001 Concierge, 8003/8004/8005 Front Desk, or Operator.
The housekeeper should collect the format and the laundry bag and once done, the laundry service will give it back after 24 hours.
